My Zerorez experience was impeccable. I recently had my carpets cleaned by Auggie/Zerorez, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Our technician, Auggie, was not only incredibly professional and beyond knowledgable — especially when tackling a dog accident spot that needed the utmost, deepest cleaning — but also super courteous and friendly. He was quick without seeming rushed or cutting corners and catered to our household's concerns and areas that needed extra elbow grease. He broke down what to expect before he started as well as the dry time and 30-day guarantee. The cleaning itself was thorough — our carpets look amazing! They feel fresh and soft, and it’s clear that Zerorez uses high-quality bang-for-your-buck products. In the less straightforward areas to clean, he also went above and beyond to protect and cover any walls and corners. It’s rare to get such outstanding service these days. Quality of work was great

I had Zerorez come out to clean a room where my dog had vomited and left two very green stains. The technician did a great job but wasn’t able to get the stains out but they looked better. Now after a couple weeks have gone by the stains are completely gone. Very impressed and will definitely recommend them!
