This is the second time we have used Zerorez. Our home is mostly hardwood flooring, but we use Zerorez for maintenance cleaning because we do have two indoor cats.
Their technicians are quick but thorough, and respectful. They do not try to upsell, and they make sure you understand each charge.

We had Zerorez clean our air ducts. Morino called ahead of time to notify us that he was on the way and he showed up promptly for our scheduled appointment. He clearly explained the entire process and the importance of duct cleaning. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. When the process was completed he showed photos of how the ducts looked before and after cleaning. We could not be happier with the job Morino did for us. He took great care in our home. Thank you Morino and thanks to Zerorez for having such great people on your team. We plan to schedule carpet cleaning soon.
