We like the Zerorez water based solution that leaves a fresh citrus scent on our carpet. We have worked with several of their carpet cleaners and they all have been knowledgeable and friendly and do a very thorough job.

Cleaned at my home

It was quick and priced fairly. I had two 8x10 area rugs, they both look great. There is no grainy/sandy residue left behind like some carpet cleaners in town.

Showed up on time and was friendly. Plus the carpet looks and smells awesome.

Excellent communication from this company from the first call to the departure after completed service. They explained all steps of the process and what would be done, provided an estimate on cost of service (which was then verified before the job was started to confirm all details were correct), took care of my home (shoe covers, corner guards) and were so so polite the entire time they were completing the job.

There was only 1 thing that left me a little "icked" - when paying the invoice (which I was taking care of as the technician was starting the job)....one of the first questions was "Do you want to leave a tip?". Carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning isn't a service I would have ever considered leaving a tip for. This gave me anxiety. If I gave too little in comparison to what others had given, I would seem unappreciative and what size of a tip do you give on a job nearly $2K?! I would say this be removed from the invoice process. The company set the prices to pay the employees and make the profits = I pay it as a customer. Just my opinion. In truth, I did give a cash tip (not in the invoice).

This was my second time using ZeroRez and I will continue to use and refer them. Paid for a spot extraction service and noticed the next day it wasn't gone. Notified the company and they sent someone out that same day to ensure it was taken care of and dry before leaving the premise.
