Zerorez was timely, courteous and professional in all respects The results at our home were about 98% excellent and when I reflected that there were a couple of small stains that were not completely removed, they immediately contacted me and arranged a return visit to try to address the issue. This was even after I had told them that the return visit wasn't necessary and that overall I was very satisfied. Their unsolicited action to attempt to make us 100% satisfied (rather than "98%") was immediate and genuine. That return visit has not yet occurred, but I am confident that they will make every effort to resolve the issues. I am a realtor and have and will recommend Zerorez to my clients.

We were pleased with the carpet cleaning and the person who did the cleaning. However, there was one concern. He must have released some water in our driveway and it was a cold day. When I went out to get the mail, I slipped and fell on the ice that formed from the water spill and skinned my knee. I just thought that you should be aware of this in case someone else could be hurt worse.
