I like the confirmation of the date and approximate time frame via phone and text/email. The service associates have always been good to call when they are traveling to my location, they arrive and introduce themselves, they are professional in demeanor and appearance, they are efficient and thorough. They allow a "walk thru" to ensure you are happy with the results. They walk thru the itemized invoice. The company guarantees their service for 30 days...and they follow up via email to ensure you are happy with the results. Old time customer service...new time "needs"!!
