Robbie was very friendly and knowledgeable. He called about 30 minutes beforehand and arrived on time. MY carpets look great and he was even able to clean two entryway rugs.
Carpet is not sticky after cleaning and it does not pick up dirt after cleaning like the old carpet cleaning ways.

Rick was kind & professional even as he had our busy household with 5 young kids and a nutty dog to work around! Our carpets look great, they feel softer (more like new), and smell fresh & clean (not chemically at all)! Our 10 year-old sofa got a spot test before we determined to give it a deodorizing treatment instead. I appreciated his honesty & integrity for not doing the work & charging us for it when he didn’t think it would produce the results we wanted or that he could stand by.
We went with Zerorez because of our kids and pet. I try not to clean with chemicals at all and love that there is a company that is doing the hard work without using chemicals too!

He called and due to a cancellation was able to come early. He was very professional and put cloth on my wood floor and covers on the edge of our walls, so the hoses didn't do any damage. I had my entire house done and looks great now.

Every Zerorez service technician has exhibited the same courteous and detailed service as the owner who was the first to clean our carpets. On this visit Cody cleaned our air ducts, dryer vents and carpet. We were provided a detailed explanation on the processes and the cost. When finished the only visible sign of his visit was the clean carpet! Zerorez is the best.
