Carpets looked great. We are a family of 6 all of our kids under 12 years old. The carpets were awful before Zerorez got done with them we are very happy with how they turned out.

I liked that Austin explained thoroughly the process of air duct cleaning. He showed me many before and after pictures. The equipment they use was very powerful in removing all debris from the vents.

Robbie was very pleasant, professional, and quick with the cleaning. Took time to answer all questions we had about our carpet and made sure the problem area with pet urine was taken care of. Will absolutely call him for the next cleaning and recommend him to everyone looking for professional carpet cleaning. I would give him higher than a 10 if I could!
