The technician who came to my home was great! He was polite, kind, knowledgeable. He did a fabulous job...the best I've ever had with Zerorez. My 15-year old tile floors look like brand new and the carpet is fluffy and clean. Love it!

Thought guys were very nice. However didn’t use some equipment because they didn’t have an extension cord. Otherwise guys did as well as could.

Very clean but, not too chemically based. That's important when lots of people are sitting on the carpets from time to time. Want to keep them safe from things that are not natural.
