We have already recommended Zerorez for both carpet cleaning and duct work and dryer vent cleaning. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Austin did an awesome job on the duct work and dryer vent cleanings. After having some construction done in our home we felt we should have them cleaned again since it had been 6 years since we had had it done.

We've used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and duct work cleaning and been very satisfied with the results. Austin was the technician that performed our duct work cleaning and was very personable and professional. He arrived on time, explained the process, and got to work. He answered any questions we had and was very conscientious about moving his equipment and protecting our floors and walls while performing the job.

The Tech that cleaned my carpet, I felt went above and beyond. He explained everything he was going to do, then while cleaning he took time to explain the process to my children. After cleaning he gave an over view about our carpet. The Tech was very professional, polite, and friendly.
