I just love how areas that are either stained or heavily soiled come really clean. It amazes me how good my carpet always looks after ZeroRez did them! I love the 3-room special. I do 3 rooms every fall time -- switching off each year. So as a single woman that is very economical for me. I love the tech's attention to detail. There was a spot on my office carpet that I didn't even know was there and he got it up! And last, but not least -- I'm glad that they don't get upset with me that I do NOT move out any super heavy furniture items. They just work around those! I'm always telling my friends how much I love ZeroRez.

When I booked I thought I got the early time, but my confirmation later said the mid-time. I clled to inquire and the ldy was very nice and explained. Marino was early so was actually in the first time slot anyway. He was very thorough and friendly. I am very happy with the job he did.
