Professional technician, arrived on time , Took extreme cautions to make sure that walls , wooden floors and furniture are protected. Wore a mask and observed social distancing.

The products were amazing! I just wish I wouldn't have put certain cleaners from the local store on it. I wish I would have heard about you all sooner I would have had you take care of it first right away. It looks amazing.

No residue left on the carpet. With rental machines the carpet always feels crinkly. After Zerorez the carpet felt soft. My carpet looked like new when the technicians left.

I like the fact that you use empowered water and no soap residue in the carpet. Howard was very professional and did a wonderful job on the carpet.

Technician was very courteous and tried to get stains out. Had some success but some spots were too established. He assured me that if I wasn't satisfied to call and he or another would be back.
