I like that the products are kid and pet friendly. I like that it's not a crunchy feeling after it dries. I like that you have a fresh smell without having a perfume that gags you. It just smells clean. I like the friendliness and thoroughness of the associates that do the work. They have all been very friendly and courteous.

I like the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals to treat carpets. Just had my ducts cleaned and the young man did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.
