Our guy was very upfront about what we were getting and we knew exactly how much it was going to cost. He was friendly and a hard worker and didn’t stand around and waste time.
James , the service person was helpful in moving some furniture too heavy for me to move. I also appreciated that the solution you use does not have heavy chemicals but most of the spots were removed. The only drawback was the requirement for me to vacuum the carpets prior to service. I was not aware of that before I made my reservation and commitment.

Technician was on time and was very professional. When I paid with cash, I was $1.00 short, so he offered to pay it for me, which he did. You do not get service like that anymore!
