They smell clean but are not over bearing and they dry very fast with the equipment you use the tech I had Morino was amazing and explained things as he went! I would highly recommend. The customer service from scheduling all the way up to the cleaning was excellent!!

We had Robbie out to clean our carpeted family room and stairs. He was incredibly kind as well as a great technician. The job was started and finished within the original timeframe given. The room and stairs look great. This was our third time hiring Zerorez and it won't be our last!

More than the product, it has to do with our tech, Rob. He does a great job, is very personable and helpful. He has been doing this for 5 yrs and it shows he knows what he is doing. This is the reason we request him.
