Great service! I’m not sure how to spell his name (Augie)? Very thorough on explaining the process and suggesting a topical since we have pets. It seemed like he knows the process very well and gets it done quick. I also liked how he explained that it would dry faster when it’s cooler or with just a fan rather than putting heat to it to help dry it. Thank you again for a great experience!

Your staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They take their time in answering questions and take pride in the job they do. Robbie was our tech and he did great job. I love how the carpet smells, there is no sticky residue left behind and the 23 yea old berber in the basement looks brand new again.

I had one really bad spot on the carpet in the lower level and he worked hard to try to eliminate it and it has lightened some but still there. Not his fault as it was a spot that resurfaced after about three years. Christian did mention that I had a 30 day warranty and that he would come back to attack it again it I wished. Since that is the only spot I have on the carpet throughout the house I would like to take him up on the offer to come back and try one more time . Please arrange that for me if you could.
