We had a great experience with the carpet cleaning service. The staff was professional and friendly and did an overall great job. They were honest about what stains they think could be removed and tried their best to remove the very old stains. The carpet looks great and will get us through some time before we need to re-do our floors. We also like that there are no harsh chemicals used. We will definitely be using you in the future.

Our carpets look great! We had a stain from our dog that has been completely erased. Robbie was very pleasant and helpful.
I’ll be calling your office about something on the invoice. It says that we get a free refill of the spot remover with a paid service. We were charged $15 for a new bottle.

My basement carpeting was a total disaster after my daughter’s New Year’s Eve party. Mud stains, drink stains, other stains and more. I thought it was a lost cause and I’d have to replace the carpet. The person who did the work - Marino - was outstanding! He was very thorough, took time to explain the process before he started and addressed my questions and concerns.
He was responsive and professional.
He did a great job cleaning up afterwards and left me with instructions on changing filters and how frequently service should be repeated.
