They called to give an arrival time and worked well.The men were Christian and Robbie. Christian greeted me when he arrived and said he would be working with another person. Afterwards, Christian gave me a door hangar advertisement for a special and a promo code. He wished me a wonderful day as he was leaving. Robbie was friendly too.
We thought our tech Larry and Zerorez did a great job on our carpets. We like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used and time was taken to understand which areas needed the most attention. Larry was able to get up several tough stains we thought were there to stay. We’ll use Zerorez again soon.
Only minor area of concern was recently painted trim which was scraped by cleaning hose and scratched. Recommend using corner guards in all homes.

I appreciated that the employee from Zerorez gave me about a 30 minute heads up before he arrived. After I showed him what needed cleaned, he got to work and he did a nice job of cleaning our carpet. He walked me through the various charges to ensure I understood what I was being charged for.
