ZeroRez provided us with a time frame of when they would be here and stayed with the schedule. We also received a 20 minute call prior to their arrival, which was really helpful so we could move remaining items from our conference room before they arrived. Their representative communicated the process with me prior to starting the cleaning, so I'd know exactly what to expect. The rep was efficient and thorough.
