This visit was requested after the first attempt at cleaning my carpet was unsuccessful. Morino arrived and was very thorough and did an excellent job. All the stains came out and my carpet just looked so much better and cleaner than the first time. And smelled cleaner too. Thank you!

Low pressure sales but was knowledgeable about add on services, etc when I asked him. Our service guy (Larry) did a very through job and was personable and friendly. Efficient and hard worker.
