I have been using Zerorez for 5+ years And have always been extremely satisfied. I like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used. They are fast but horough....depending what needs to be cleaned. I grow impatient waiting for the carpet to dry but that's all part of the game!!!!!! I just cannot stand to think of using anyone else to clean my carpets. They told me they'd send me their "No 1" serviceman and they did. Augustine was very informative, answered any questions I had & he certainly did a great job. Hope I can get him next time!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
The guys were very friendly. My carpet was awful with pet urine. The carpet in the basement look amazing. The carpet in the den was the worst! So far no stains have come back

The gentleman that cleaned our carpeting did a fantastic job!! He was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get up a dye from an area rug that bled onto our carpet. He even removed a rust stain from our carpeting. I had no expectations for these stains to be removed. I just wanted my carpeting cleaned, which he did.😊

Carpets looked good, our technician was so professional yet personable - we would ask for him (Kendall) again. We wanted our chairs cleaned too but he checked the tags and said it could damage the color - we appreciated his thoroughness and explanation why this wasn't advisable. We had three rooms of carpet done and our carpet treated for stain resistance - he was in and out in about an hour.
