Environmentally friendly. Carpet smelled fresh. Dried quickly. Scheduling was easy and fast. Technician called ahead and was prompt and friendly.

It's easy and a pleasant experience to set up a cleaning appointment. I like that I received a reminder when the appointment date was close. Brandon called ahead to let me know when he would arrive for cleaning. He did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. We get it done every 1 1/2 years per our carpet manufacturer warranty. I did not think it needed cleaning until he was done. The carpets look brand new and they must have been dirty as they look so much better now. I like the solution that your company uses. No detergents and a light clean smell. Brandon is a good representative for your company. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
