Very professorial

Auggie Is delightful. He always worked so hard and does a great job. I really enjoy seeing him. On Wednesday my little longer at the front door (not his fault) and he spent several minutes trying to help me catch him. We were unsuccessful got very, very close, and finally eventually lives across the street came out and got them for me. There was no way I said wasn't going to help me do this. It's a white spot in my day and I will testament to zero as customer service.

Our carpet tech, Auggie was great!! 10+ in knowledge, delivering honest expectations for the cleaning and performance. Our carpet on the second floor is original- 30 years old. We felt not even worth cleaning however, we'd had very sick pets that left us no choice but to clean. Auggie assured us he'd get it clean, we had reservations. He did it!! It looks brand new and the extra pet protection is wonderful.
