I needed my carpets cleaned desperately. I called and got an appointment set up right away and it was convenient for me! I talked to Heather on the phone and she was quite helpful.
When Joseph arrived we toured the rooms and I told him my concerns. He had suggestions and information that I would never have thought of. He was extremely polite and conscientious of all my personal property while cleaning everything thoroughly. He called and asked if it was ok to arrive early and I agreed. Joseph did a great job and cleaned up everything before asking me to take a look to make sure everything was ok! It was great and I even added on another room. What a very professional young man with great customer service!!!! I was very impressed and have already recommended to family and friends!
