Professional service

I like the chemical free aspect of your product. The smell was a little stronger than I anticipated, I tend to be overly sensitive to smells, but once it completely dried, the smell was gone and my cheap worn carpet looked so much better. The technician I had, I can't remember his name I am afraid, was wonderful. He was polite and did a very nice job. I am glad I took a chance on your company. Thank you.

The fact that you don't use soaps or chemicals. The carpet felt so much nicer when it was dry compared to other times when I used a "regular" carpet cleaning service provider!

My carpet was really dirty and there were some cat spots I was worried about and Lou even found some I did not even know was there, Lou got them super clean (even he was impressed ) on how clean it got!
