I had my carpets cleaned about 6 mos ago and they looked fine but the stains came back and they did feel like they had a crunchy, sticky residue. Zerorez scheduling was easy and they came within 2 days of me calling. The tech was early and very polite and helpful. My carpets look great. The nap is up and they feel soft again.

Carpet is really clean.....stains don't come back. Fortunately for you but unfortunately for me, we continue to make new ones, so you come here 2 times per year!
The guy was really nice and did great. Stairs look great. Paid extra for dog accident and he warned me it may not work. Stain is gone but didn't help with odor so I will have to try something else.
