Thoroughness, courtesy, and professionalism. Our technician, Tim, was very patient in explaining all of our options and explaining the process completely. Tim also performed a couple of additional services at a discounted rate, and took his time completing the work. He reminded us that we can contact customer support for any issues that weren't resolved to our satisfaction (which we haven't had any).
