The man who came and cleaned our carpets was friendly, professional and frankly wonderful! He spent so much time here working on our carpets and upholstery and everything looks and smells amazing! We couldn't be happier with the results!
Tyler worked on our rugs. We had a previous company clean our stairs and did not get them clean. Tyler got them look almost new.
My carpet seems really clean with no residue. I particularly liked the young man who was my technician; he was very polite and professional. My carpets were left just barely damp and dried quickly.

I was pretty happy after I had my carpets cleaned, but after a few days, several of the spots returned and I also realized that there was a spot that seemed to have been missed altogether (I didn't have the time to walk all areas immediately after cleaning). I wrote about those issues in my prior survey request and Zerorez responded right away to apologize and to offer a reservice on those spots. I took them up on the offer and am really glad a did. This is what customer service should be!
