The two gentlemen who came over to the house were ready to clean our area rugs even though it was after 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday. They did a great job and were very thorough. They took the time to explain how to take care of the carpets for the next three days so the carpets will stay in good shape.

Very quick and professional. I had one spot I asked for some extra attention for and he went over it 3-4 times. I can't even tell it was ever there :)

Hayden did the best thing first that any services provider should ... he listened to what I wanted! He then properly set my expectations about what I wanted (essentially can't turn back time on the carpet wear) and then delivered better than those expectations. I'd say promote Hayden, but I want other customers to experience the same service ... so, give him a raise!

So far the products are holding up very well. Taylor was quite efficient and thorough. He always had time for me if I had a question. I am very happy with Taylor and the work that he did.
