Products worked great. Wonderful customer service. I have 3 small children and was very nervous we would be in the way and irritate the technician. Instead we were treated with kindness and respect. He assured me they wouldn't bother him and was very understanding. The carpet turned out amazing and he was able to get stains out that I never thought would come out.
