As we walked through the residence with Sam we inquired about cleaning the kitchen tile/grout. Sam explained how he would proceed with cleaning it for us. The carpet came out beautiful and the kitchen tile/grout was amazing. Whatever he used was a miracle. We could not have been happier.

After second visit, the tea stain was removed. I like the fact that the carpet dried more rapidly than with other methods. The original contact with customer service was pleasant. The call from a supervisor regarding the stain was pleasant and professional. The technician who came to my home was professional, clean and neat, no visible tattoos or body piercings, knew his stuff.

Zerorez is the only company that can get rid of pet stains. Rolando is also the only one I've met who can get rid of a red Kool Aid stain. Please don't ever let him leave!
