It is not very often these days that I have really fabulous customer service experiences. But working with Zerorez Denver has been absolutely exceptional. The woman (cannot recall her name) who set up my appointment over the phone was so helpful. However, the exceptional customer service did not stop there. Rickey Brown, the specialist, who cleaned our carpet and couch, was phenomal. He was extremely personable and extremely professional. He did such a careful job to protect our floors from the hoses and wore covers on his boots when he went in and out. Having the pad covering the open door really helped keep us warm on a cold day. Rickey did a very thorough job and paid careful attention to the areas I had pointed out. He made sure I was completely satisfied and was so friendly toward my two small boys who were sick. We have used you guys for several years now, and like the fact that you use a non-chemical water-based system, which cleans the carpets very well. We feel safe in regards to breathing in our house after the cleaning is finished.

The cleaners to not leave a heavy residue. Their equipment cleans thoroughly. We were moving into a home and were not aware of some of the stains in the carpet that needed extra attention and ended up adding scotch guard and they had everything with them and were happy to help even though I didn't know when I scheduled our appointment exactly what we were going to do. They had it all and did a fantastic job.
