Cleaning is always good. I just don't like the " up sell" I always seem to get when your technician is here.

Easy to research process ahead of time, including carpet protectant - Maxim brand. Apt was set up by phone, estimate was accurate. Techs are super professional and knowledgeable. The pre-treat/cleaning is done properly (client vacuums and edge cleans before Zerorez arrives to clean) and diligently. Our home looks great - pet stains/smells are GONE!

No toxic chemicals, though some areas of my carpet are "crusty" which was a bit of a surprise.

I called because I was selling my home. When I moved my furniture, I became aware that my carpet was dirtier than I had realized. I needed someone to clean them quickly because I was closing in two days. Zerores was able to fit me in the next day and the man who cleaned the carpet did a good job.
