My carpets look like new and I can go longer between cleanings because there is no residue on the carpets. When my carpets dry, I can walk on them with out a crunchy feeling.

Tech were great. My carpet looks amazing I've been very happy with the work the Zerorez team has done.

The reservation process (over the phone) was efficient and the person who helped me had answers to all of my questions. The day of our cleaning, the tech called 30mins out telling us what time he would be at our house (which we greatly appreciate ad our family is busy with work and kids), and he arrived right on time. He was very professional, answered our questions, and gave us honest recommendations without trying to be pushy or sell us a service webdid not need. We prefer Zerorez over others because of the cleaning method and customer service.

This last visit, the technician did an outstanding job. The carpets were cleaner than they have ever been and he even got up some spots that I don't theibj they were able to get the last time. I was super impressed and will be using you all again.

the attention to cleaning the carpet and taking care of not damaging walls and/or furniture while working. I also appreciated feedback on areas where the carpet was wearing and how ew might avoid some of that. Example would be where we have an office chair rolling on the carpet without a pad below it.
