The technicians have always been honest, professional, and straight forward.
The stains were very difficult to remove because they were caused by a fall. It took a second try but the results were excellent. The sofa and carpet look like new now and I'm thrilled. I really thought I would have to replace everything but not necessary now. No charge for the second visit and I couldn't be more pleased.

The technician, Sam, was very professional and polite. He explained the services clearly and did a thorough job. I was worried about the dampness of the carpeting in the cold weather, but a day later all was dry. I like the lack of perfumes and chemicals very much.
