There is NO return of, or worsening of stain over time. We have them out every 4 months about, and over time, stains that DO remain (They are nearly gone), are decreased with each visit.
Also, the drying time is very quick comparatively.

Very easy to schedule an appointment and the carpet was cleaned 2 days after I called to book service. The pet stains are completely gone and it looks fantastic. Most of the technicians are really good. Our last one, AJ was very good. Just had a little problem with lines in the carpet when it dried, but then a new tech came out and it's fine.

Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained options available for my carpets, what they would each cost. There was no pressure. They also cleaned the tile in the kitchen and it now looks absolutely wonderful. Zerorez is not the cheapest company but they really know how to remove stains, especially animal accidents.
