The two Zerorez associates were right on time, and in addition to doing a good job cleaning our carpet, also took care to keep our house clean. They were able to remove all the stains I showed them, and even found one I did not known about. None of us could figure out what had originally caused that stain, and it turns out it could not be totally removed. However, they did improve it, and were honest about what they could do about it. Thank you for your service.

The evaluation was set up quickly, he was professional, and was able to complete the services same day.

It is not very often these days that I have really fabulous customer service experiences. But working with Zerorez Denver has been absolutely exceptional. The woman (cannot recall her name) who set up my appointment over the phone was so helpful. However, the exceptional customer service did not stop there. Rickey Brown, the specialist, who cleaned our carpet and couch, was phenomal. He was extremely personable and extremely professional. He did such a careful job to protect our floors from the hoses and wore covers on his boots when he went in and out. Having the pad covering the open door really helped keep us warm on a cold day. Rickey did a very thorough job and paid careful attention to the areas I had pointed out. He made sure I was completely satisfied and was so friendly toward my two small boys who were sick. He seemed to take great pride in making our home a little cleaner. I will never use another carpet cleaning service again. Thanks, Rickey & Zerorez Denver
