This is the first time using Zerorez. I have heard it advertised on 85KOA radio over the years and decided to try it. I liked the fact that it doesn't use any harsh chemicals to clean my carpet. I have a white carpet that was very very dirty with numerous pet stains from our new puppy, as well as other sources. I never imagined it could be really clean again, but somehow Zerorez did the job. It looks almost like new! I can't thank you enough!
