The severe pet issues in the basement carpet really seem to be resolved - the carpet is not quite dry yet down there but that is to be expected in a cold, damp (36% humidity) basement area. I am concerned that the carpet in the master bedroom "rippled" in several areas after the cleaning and has not flattened back down after three days but I am assuming this is an issue with the original carpet laying more than anything else - I do feel I will need to call in a carpet layer to re-stretch that bedroom area after I wait 1-2 weeks longer for thorough drying and return to original position.

I have had other carpet cleaners in the past and Zerorez was able to get my carpets cleaner than other companies. The carpet in one room is over 12 years old, and it looks better than it has in years. I feel that the specialist who came out was friendly and gave us his honest opinions on what we needed to have completed with no additional pressure.

I am always satisfied with the job Zerorez does. They've renewed my old carpets in 2 houses. They get the carpets cleaner than other carpet cleaning services I've used, and the carpets stay cleaner longer. They only thing I don't like is all the add-on sales on the day they clean the carpet. I think these add-on charges should be part of the online estimate. My last cleaning cost me about twice as much as I expected due to add-ons when the tech arrived to clean the carpets.
