Before beginning Tony came in and evaluated the huge mess on our brand-new carpet from a sick child and didn't run away. He explained how he would test some spots before actually cleaning the area. His testing assured me that he could get the stain up and not hurt the carpet. Within a very short time he had the whole area clean.

He spent an appropriate amount of time educating me about stains and carpet and did not try to sell me on anything more than I had requested. He was professional. And he did an awesome job!

Your service people were very polite and courteous. However, I did feel that there was a bit more "up selling" than needed. The carpet looks very clean and more like new. I was concerned about the deep cup marks from some of the heavy furniture. The lead person suggested how I might take care of this, but as time has passed these cup marks are coming out on their own.

I was offered several date/time options and you were able to work with multiple schedules to find a date/time that quickly put someone on site. I appreciate you being able to accommodate the small area that needed attention and the cost matched the work to be complete. I feel as though the scheduler took the detail I gave her and presented a service option that perfectly met our needs. As well, you were successful in cleaning the impacted area. If cleaning did not work, we would have to replace the carpet which would significantly increase our expense. Successful cleaning was a much better outcome!
