I thought in the past the technicians moved couches and our last service this did not happen. After I rearranged furniture I know have a shadow line where one couch used to sit.
Also, I have 1 smal area (1 sq ft) where it seems the cleaner missed the carpet area. The carpet has a crunchy feel to it.
