Tech was on time, friendly, and he did not change the quote given over the phone, and cleaned the carpets well. There was a bit of up-sell, and an offer to clean my tile floors, but not a hard sell. I did agree to get carpet protector which was an additional charge. Great service overall. I would use Zerorez again.
