My house had been rented and they were able to see all the urine stains my tenants animals had left in many many places by the use of an ultraviolet light.Everything was explained very clearly by sales associate and the correct estimate was given. Then once the service tech. arrived he went back over everything very clearly and gave me choices that were in lmy best interest in reguads to wether it was cheaper just to replace some carpet rather then a poor outcome treating it. Thought the service man was exceptional.

I have to see, each rep who comes out to clean my carpet have been really good to work with. They have all assisted me in helping me through the process of stain removal, to cleaning, to sealing the carpet and they do not charge me infinite prices to get the job done and they still do it great.

I had my carpet pre treated, cleaned and special treatment for dog urine. Two of the rooms still smell. Not sure if I will use Zerorez again.
