Service from Cody was great. He explained everything well during the walk through. Finished product was great as well. My only issue is the quote I received did not explain stairs at all. My total quote was $180, which included, the living room, Master Bedroom, another bedroom, a hallway and stairs. On site, I asked Cody of he could also do the half bath that had carpet, he charged me half price of an extra room, as I had forgotten about this when I booked the services and he said he would only charge me half price of $15 for that bathroom. My concern lies when the original quote came in I did select stairs, and that was part of the $180 original quote. Then Cody counted up 12 stairs, then added $55 to the quote. I get it now that is $5 per stair, but that was not made clear at all when I ordered the service. You need to make it very clear that the charge is $5 per stair.

I spent more than the quoted price by $70, which is fine , as he did a great job and I am happy with the end product, but the stair issue needs to laid out and made much more clear at the time of the quote.

Several months ago when I tried to make an appointment, the website would not work properly and the phone put me on hold and never came back. This time, everything worked well calling--the lady was friendly and helpful.

I have had Zerorez twice now and find them very easy to talk with and have in our home. My only suggestion would maybe to consider foot covers when coming in a home.. Found it interesting that the area on my divan under the cushions could not be cleaned... Service is great would indeed call Zerorez again..

I have used Zerorez several times and in each case they have sent out very good technicians. Very polite, caring, give the estimate cost up front and do a great job of cleaning the carpet. Mine looks almost new again but is really getting close to being replaced as has had years of wear. The empowered water system seems to clean better and does not leave any residue.
