I like the idea of after cleaning. Ricky Brown was extremely professional and helpful. There are a couple of spots that need attention, but I have to assume that Zerorez will respond to my issues. My wife and I are very happy w/ the result for the most part. I would use your services again.

Don knew what he was doing. He was willing to discuss my carpet cleaning needs and concerns, explain what services he had to offer, but did not try to sell me anything I did not want. When I had a question about a service I thought was included in the price, he called the office to check. He was polite, careful with our furniture, went about his business in a mannerly way, but wasn't in a rush. I felt he did a very thorough job. There were a couple of very dirty areas and he went over them a couple of times until they came clean. The carpet came out better than I thought it might. I was very pleased.
