It as great they were able to clean it in my driveway because we could not complete that task in home. It dried within a couple of hours and when we put the rug back in our home, it sparkled like brand new.

My window of service was between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. When the technician still had not contacted me by 5:50, I called the office to make sure I had not been forgotten. The operator checked with my technician, who was indeed running late. She then explained they would clean one area for free as a way to make amends.

When my technician arrived, he was very professional and friendly, even after having been on the job since 7 a.m. He did a fantastic job on our carpets and didn't submit our invoice until we had a chance review his work. We were very pleased with it!
