I hear your commercial all the time so I thought I'd try it out. I had two bedrooms emptied out for the tech to arrive. He was half hour early. That was fine. Carpets are two years old. He had them done in a half hour. Today I checked and yes like you say they're not crusty hard. They turned out perfectly. No traffic patterns. Just like new. I had the protection applied. Your tech explaining why. So looking forward to seeing you guys again. The price is great for the cleaning quality. Your technician was very thoughtful and thuro. Thank you!
