Clean carpet!

The products work because we had Brian from Zerorez Denver clean our carpets this week. One area was, we thought, very difficult area to clean.

I like that I can get scheduled in aa reasonable timeframe. I like the "green clean" idea. The techs I've worked with over the years have all been hard workers and ready to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Making the appointment was efficient, the person doing the cleaning called in advance as promised and showed up right on time. He was quick, thorough and did a great job!

Very happy with the work our tech did. I think the phone rep could have gotten a little more info from me. The tech was a little surprised at how much furniture we wanted cleaned. Otherwise, friendly and efficient service on the phone and in person. Also liked the emails that were sent.

The service from Richard was great! Arrived promptly, and even with problems with the equipment, he did a tremendous job, it looked TERRIFIC and he didn't charge us for a rug he cleaned because of the increased time it took to do the job due to equipment problems. Very professional, and I will use Zerorez again, and soon!

The technician was courteous and professional. My 10+ year old white carpet looks like new. We were going to have it replaced. Not now. When he was explaining the process, I kinda rolled my eyes, like it was BS. It isn't. And it was dry within an hour. I couldn't recommend this service more.
