Technician was very professional, competent and did a great job.

The technician that came to my home was very thorough. He removed a spot on my new couch!! He then cleaned the enitre couch and applied a protective solution. He was so good. He said that he put extra on the arms and back where peoples hands are. He was super friendly and very conscientious. He cleaned it like it was his own. A few days after it was cleaned my messy family got another spot on couch. It came right up with water!!!!
