Service - Ricky Brown was knowable and was able to get the carpets in our entire house cleaned in a short amount of time.
Products - We like the products because it gets stains out and dry reasonable fast. We thought we were going to have to buy new carpet but after Ricky finished our carpet looks so good we don't have to now.
