We especially enjoyed working with Alexander. He was a high quality representative of your company. As a retired sales person, I knew he was "upselling" us as he went thru the product/services offered by your company, but he was so professional & considerate as he did it that I didn't mind his "canned" approach. Friendly, outgoing, a little too concerned about his tattoos possibly offending others from my point of view. Little disappointed when he told us that unlike most of your competitors, that our carpet would like be dry in about 8 hrs. Not only wasn't it 8, but wasn't completely dry so we didn't feel water as we walked on our carper until the next morning. This my 1st experience with your company (heard it on KOA 850 radio), & if Alexander is like the rest of your service team, your company will have a great future. He's a keeper & so is your cleaning process. So glad we chose you & not several of the companies we have used in the past. Can use my words in advertising, but NOT my name. Please respect that.
