Your service has been very good except for the mat which I was told by a representative last spring that I needed to keep two throw rugs from "creeping." The carpets still creep and the mat has developed. permanent fold creases . Anything someone can do about this. The mat was expensive

From the first call to the company the employees were friendly and efficient. Taylor was at my home within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to have him get started immediately. The job didn’t take very long at all and was well worth the price. The rep/tech called prior to arrival to give a time frame of arrival. Much appreciated. Very professional, cordial and pleasant to talk too. Due to a variance in room sizes, a re-evaluation and calculation of estimated cost was done on-sight, prior to beginning the work, then fairly presented, followed by an agreement on the work to be done. The rep/tech was clear and concise. No pressure "sales" for additional rooms and services, which I truly appreciated. We have utilized the services of Zerorez in the past and will continue forward. We highly recommend Zerorez to our neighbors and friends. I would rate the experience with ease of access and scheduling, rate quotes, and work of the rep/tech as 10 out of 10.
