My tech is always on time, very respectful of me and my home. I like that he uses corner protectors to protect my walls from the tubing used to clean the carpets. Most importantly he is very thorough and does a great job. I appreciate him “fluffing the carpets” with the carpet rake when done. My carpets look great and there’s no soap stuck in the carpet.

Effectiveness of the cleaning
