You handle your business professionally, sending a reminder by email of upcoming appointment. One thing that would be helpful is letting us know what we should do in preparation for the cleaning...moving furniture, vacuuming, etc.

Cleans well and dries fast
Great service. Even after snow issue, the tech was friendly and did a great job. Management should provide better cell coverage so that it is not needed to use customers WiFi.

Performed carpet cleaning on a large home And did a great job of deep cleaning stains from a variety of causes. Technician was upfront about cost in time required
The technicians were very knowledgeable, worked very hard, and were able to take care of pet effected areas. They also did a good job of cleaning the high traffic areas in our house. We have used Zerorez carpet cleaning in the past, and will continue to use them in the future!
The cleaning process
The gentleman who did my carpet was awesome.
Zerorez lets you know all the costs before they begin cleaning. The technician goes over everything you want done and asks questions. They also ask your permission before doing something they see that needs done that you had not requested. The carpets are so clean and soft, not stiff, after they dry. Each technician I've had has been respectful and thorough.

We've used Zerorez for years and hugely appreciate your quality service. Last Thursday, Zach was wonderfully professional, thoughtful, and downright miraculous in getting out some stains related to life, kids, and extensive house remodeling. We weren't at all sure they'd be possible to get out, but he did - HUGE thanks!
