Second time customer. Very good service. One thing to improve: Your guy cleaned a thrown rug at my insistence and after an OK from his manager. Here was the problem. There was a lot of pee stains from our dog on the bottom side (plastic). I did have to ask for Juan to clean it from the bottom also. I think this should be something your techs know to do. Thanks again for a very nice tech and a great result. This is my second review.

We were so impressed with the short amount of time our carpet took to dry considering it was May 21st and there was snow on the ground.
