I liked that there was no saturation of the carpet, did not take that long for carpet to dry. The carpet got a lot more of the dirt out than other companies did, I was pleased at how the carpet looked much cleaner than before and it still looks better after a couple of weeks. My husband and I are planning to call & have more of our carpet cleaned in the future, because we are very pleased with the out come of our high traffic areas that were cleaned during this visit.

Ben was very thorough and sympathetic. We had to have our kitty euthanized just a few days earlier and we needed to have the results of her last few weeks of sickness removed from our carpets. He did a great job of explaining all the options and recommending what would work best for the issues. We are very happy with the results and we will always recommend Zerorez to our friends.
