How great my carpet turned out! The landing, where my dogs had numerous accidents, I thought would never look as good as they do now. I was addy to rip out that portion of carpet and have tile laid, but not now.

Prompt and professional

The scheduler did not seem to care that a specific person was requested because he is trusted and does an amazing job. When appt was confirmed I was told the person requested would be there. Much to my surprise I was being sent someone I did not requested and would not have that person in my house as I’m not comfortable with someone I didn’t have in my home prior. I said do not show up and called the office number and ask what happened. They contacted the person I requested and he was able to make the appt much appreciated he was able to accommodate. Staff who makes appt shouldn’t promise if cannot deliver a customers requested. Again thank you to Ricky Brown who as always did a better than outstanding job in my home.
