I love that Zerorez uses water and a nontoxic cleaning solution on the carpet. Our technician, Evan, was also amazing at explaining the entire process and cleaning the floors. He was able to get a crunchy build up on my daughter’s carpet off that other carpet cleaners have not been able to do in the past. I highly recommend Zerorez for their quality in service and friendliness and knowledge of the technicians.

Your technicians Ben and Zodak were courteous, respectful and demonstrated they wanted to perform a good carpet cleaning. Your product doesn’t have a harsh or perfume smell. The carpet looked very good and ‘fluffed’ up nicely. Our carpet is 15 years old and looks really good!
