Your representative (Brad?) explained how he could help us with some pet problems and suggested what I could do with the problem Zerorez couldn't solve. He did a great job on our carpets and a chair pad. I will definitely call Zerorez again.

When I encountered some difficulty with an initial cleaning, I gave feedback to Zerorez. To my surprise and delight, a member of the company called me right away and offered to return to my residence to see what could be done to take care of my concerns. The next day, a gentleman from the company came to my residence and did everything possible to take care of my concerns. I am, thus, very pleased with this company's follow through with the dissatisfaction that arose from an initial cleaning. This company obviously cares about customer satisfaction. First Nate was the best! He worked very hard to make sure he was doing everything he could to make us happy and he did. I do like the way the carpet felt after it dried no crunchy feeling.

Ricky and Randall did an excellent job of shampooing my home carpet. They were both very courteous and respectful.
